Your expert course creator and educator
A skilled physician. An integrative medicine pioneer. A guide to the business you want to build.
Rocky’s 35+ years in healthcare began in family medicine and took him to national leadership at WellPoint. After experiencing burnout, his fellowship at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine renewed his vision for what care could be.
He went on to spend more than a decade at the Center, helping develop and study an integrative primary care model combining insurance and membership fees. His published research explored what happens when patients have more time, deeper relationships, and a whole-person care team.
Today, he brings that experience to you: concrete business fundamentals, group coaching, and guidance on building an integrative or functional medicine practice that reflects your values.
Alongside Rocky, learn from industry experts in coding, billing, legal, marketing, and regulatory considerations.
Led by instructors & advisors with experience at leading institutions and companies.

Layla Yarjani · Founder & CEO
For Layla, this mission is personal. Her own long search for healing led her to care that brought conventional and complementary medicine together, and to a conviction that more people should be able to find it.
For more than 15 years, she has built companies and brought communities together around health, education, and humanitarian causes. She co-founded Little Bridge, which reached millions of children across 60 countries, and helped mobilize a community that raised approximately $10 million for UNICEF and other charities.
Lace brings that work home to a deeply personal purpose: helping the practitioners who care differently build thriving practices, so more people can get the care they need.
